Name Changes

Name Changes

Up untill the 30th November a $25 fee applies to name changes per ticket. BW + R&V = 2 tickets. All name changes can be done online, through your BW account.

From the 1st Dec - 23rd Dec the change of Name fees will be $40 for a single ticket. ie Combo tickets will be $80.

From the 24th Dec name change will only be processed at the gate, not on line.

Name changes will be permitted at $50 per ticket on arrival. ie $100 for combo tickets

If you have purchased a Rhythm and Vines ticket you are subject to its terms and conditions:

Of the $295 package $185 is the R&V portion.

Of the $319 package $194 is the R&V portion.

Of the $345 package $210 is the R&V portion.

BW act only as agent for R&V selling tickets on behalf.. Any claims or complaints are the responsibility of Rhythm and Vines not BW. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with Rhythm and Vines terms and conditions. The Rhythm and Vines ticket is the license granted to you to attend the event. Your contractual relationship is therefore with the Rhythm and Vines terms of attendance at the event.
