Can I sell my booking to someone else?
Sure you can but we have a $25 fee per ticket for changes, till the 30th November. A BW and R&V combo ticket equals two tickets. All booking changes are done through your BW Account. From the 1st December - 23rd December the name change fees will be $40 per single ticket.
Can I transfer my booking to another person?
Yes, you can change the name on your booking. There will be a $25 fee to do this. All bookings changes are done through your BW Account. The final transfer date is 30th of November. You can transfer a booking either to an unpaid camper in your own account or to another camper in someone elses account.
When you set up the new camper, choose any free zone...the zone will automatically update from the old camper when you do the transfer.
If the ticket has an early pass that will be transfered automatically too.
To transfer to someone elses account, they will have to first register a camper (in any free zone) and then provide you with that campers ticket number (bw9-xxxxx).
Once you have transfered the ticket, the original camper will be deleted from your account.
Can I pay for only some of my bookings now, and the rest later?
Your BW account is set up so that you can choose which campers you pay for in one go. So pay for some now and the rest later...... Keep in mind though, that the price will go up through the year, and they may risk not being able to get into the same zone as you. So, it makes sense to book & pay early!
The zone I want to stay in is not open yet....change I book into another zone now and switch over later?
Sure. You can change zones whenever you want unless the zone you want to switch to is full. There is no charge for this.
I didn't receive my tickets when I paid for them....how can I get copies?
Tickets are not being posted or emailed out but are now available to print out from your gotix account. Log in to your account and click on my tickets and you will then see a button that says 'print this ticket' click on this and follow the process to download and save and print out your ticket.
I've changed zones but my ticket still has the old zone on it. How can I change this?
If you want a new ticket, just go into your account and on the homepage click the button at the bottom of the screen to resend the ticket.
What are terms and conditions with the BW/R&V packages?
If you have purchased a BW/R&V package the R&V portion of the package is subject to the R&V Terms and Conditions http://www.etickets.to/buy/index.php?e=4762&f=terms
Of the $265 package $170 is the R&V portion.
Of the $295 package $185 is the R&V portion.
BW acts only as agent for R&V, selling tickets on behalf. Any disputes regarding R&V tickets should be taken up with R&V directly at info@rhythmandvines.co.nz
